John George on 20 September 1770 in the parish of (Cavon ?) stole a metal watch with shagreen case (value 40/-) in the dwelling house of William Williams (WALES 4/899/1).  Death sentence passed on Tuesday 16 April (WALES 14/5 ).  No reprieve traced.
